Payment and Delivery

When will I be charged?
  • When you place a pre-order, we will contact your financial institution to confirm that the payment method you have used is valid. We do this by pre-authorising your payment method.
  • We will charge the total price of your pre-order to the payment method that you provided once your order is ready to ship, which is usually around 7 days prior to the release date. 
  • We will send you an email before the release date to remind you that we will charge your payment method prior to shipping the item to you. 
  • Please ensure that you have funds available in advance of the release of the game and that your payment method will be valid up until the release date.
  • If you no longer wish to receive the pre-ordered item, you may cancel your reservation up until the item enters the shipping process, which usually around 8 days before the currently scheduled release date.
  • NOTE: Your pre-order reservation will be cancelled if your payment method fails for reasons such as insufficient funds, card expired, etc. If your payment method fails, a cancellation notification will be sent to you via email.
When will I receive my pre-order(s)?
  • Generally, pre-orders are delivered on the listed Release Date.
  • You may not receive the item on the listed Release Date if the order is placed less than 8 days before the listed Release Date. 
  • Delivery to certain postcodes may take longer.
  • An attempted delivery on or before the delivery date meets our estimated delivery timeline. Please note that delivery may be delayed if you are unable to accept an attempted delivery, or due to inclement weather, strike, incorrect address or payment method information, or other unforeseen circumstance outside of our control.
Is an online purchase secured?

All transactions done on the Searonique website are secure and PCI DSS compliant.

In addition, Searonique commits not to save any credit card information. Each bank has its own
authentication system.

How can i get a receipt for my online purchase?

An Order Confirmation and a Digital Receipt will be sent to your email address for all orders placed on the Searonique website.


To request a duplicate receipt, please contact us. Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.

Pre-Order

What is a pre-order?

A “pre-order” allows you to place a reservation for a product prior to its scheduled release date. Products in a pre-order status are marked with a “pre-order” ribbon.

How do I place a pre-order?
  • To reserve a product marked with the “pre-order” ribbon, simply add it to your shopping cart.
  • You can pre-order an item up to the scheduled release date and time. However, you may not receive the item on the listed release date if the order is placed less than 8 days before the release date.
  • After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing an order reference number.

Orders

How can I place an order online?

Placing an order online is easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Select your desired product and click "Order" on the product page.
  2. Choose the size and quantity you'd like.
  3. Proceed to your basket by clicking "My Basket," then select "Proceed to Checkout."
  4. Before payment, review or update your basket and choose your delivery method.
  5. Complete your delivery and billing information using one of these options:
  6. Fill in your billing details and finalize your order.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with a digital receipt shortly after placing your order. Once your package ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery.

How can I view my order history?

If you’ve created a Searonique account, log in and click "My Orders" to access your order history.
For Guest orders, please contact Customer Care for assistance.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes! If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team. We're happy to assist you.

What if I didn’t receive my package?
  • Account Users: Log in to your Searonique account, go to "My Orders," and check your order status.
  • Guest Users: Use the tracking number in your confirmation email to track your delivery.

How do I know my size?

How is my order prepared?

Once confirmed, your order is carefully prepared within 24–48 hours. Each item is beautifully packaged in a Searonique-branded case and shipped in a protective box to ensure discretion and security. Warranties, certificates of authenticity, and exchange policies are included with your order.
